Use of Site materials
Except as stated herein, none of the material on this Site may be copied, reproduced, distributed, republished, translated, downloaded, displayed, posted, communicated to the public by telecommunication or transmitted in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior written permission of the Dealer or the copyright owner. Permission is granted to display, copy, download and print the materials on this Site for non-commercial use only provided you do not modify the materials and that you retain all copyright and other proprietary notices contained in the materials. This permission terminates automatically if you breach any of these terms or conditions.
E-mail and E-newsletter
All E-communications will be carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
If an individual has contacted the Dealer through the Site or directly through E-mail, the Dealer will become aware of the E-mail address used in such communication and may utilize it for the purpose of responding to that inquiry. Be assured that an E-mail address supplied for such a purpose will not be added to the Dealer's E-newsletter mailing list.
Alternatively, the Dealer may ask an individual to provide an E-mail address for the purpose of sending communications in the format of an E-newsletter regarding products, services or incentives being offered. In doing so, the Dealer acknowledges an individual's right to:
- refuse to supply an E-mail address;
- to update the name or E-mail address that was supplied; or
- to have that E-mail address permanently removed from the Dealer's mailing list.
Individual(s) whose E-mail address is part of the Dealer's mailing list (herein referred to as "a Recipient") may update or correct the first and/or last name currently on the mailing list through the "Update Profile" link located at the bottom of each E-newsletter received. Clicking this link will automatically send an update confirmation E-mail to the same E-mail address. A Recipient must then follow the link provided to update the Dealer's mailing list.
A Recipient, whether legitimate or accidental, may permanently remove the E-mail address of record from the mailing list through the "Unsubscribe" link located at the bottom of each E-newsletter received. Clicking this link will automatically send an opt-out E-mail to the same E-mail address. A Recipient must then follow the link provided to permanently be removed from the Dealer's mailing list.
All persons whom the Dealer has instructed to add, edit or otherwise manage a mailing list or to have business use of one or more of the Dealer's domain-based E-mail accounts will be subject to confidentiality restrictions, including local and national law. Such persons have also been instructed to not add any person's first name, last name or E-mail address to any E-newsletter mailing list without prior verbal or written permission. Any individual who fails to comply with such restrictions must be considered as having acted alone, without the consent of the Dealer, its online affiliate or any other suppliers or organizations involved in the dissemination of legitimate E-mail correspondence on the Dealer's behalf.
If an individual feels an E-mail abuse of any kind has been or is occurring, please immediately notify the Dealer's abuse account at abuse[at]wendellmotors.com so that the situation may be rectified promptly.
